Impossible Bits is a one-person software studio. It builds a small number of tools properly rather than a large number quickly, which is the only strategy available to one person and, on the evidence, not a bad one.

The tools share a bias. Software for individuals has spent a decade inheriting its shape from software for teams, so a person tracking their own week ends up with sprints, assignees and a standup they hold alone. The studio starts from the single user instead, and stops there.

Everything here is built and run by the same person who answers the mail. There is no roadmap committee, no growth team, and no plan to sell your data to anyone, because there is nobody to sell it to.
