Make software that answers to the person using it.
Every tool here starts from a single user and stops there. No seats, no roles, no admin console, because a person tracking their own week is not a team and should not inherit a team's furniture.
Stay small on purpose. A studio of one cannot chase ten markets, so it builds a few tools properly and keeps them honest for years. Slow is what maintenance looks like from the outside.
Charge money instead of attention. The tools are paid for by the people who use them, which means the roadmap has exactly one constituency and it is not an advertiser.
A tool has succeeded when you close it. Session length is a cost, not a metric.
THE VISION
A small shelf of finished software. Glydin for the planning half of a day, Margins for the reading half, and a third thing only when the first two need nothing.
Tools bought once and trusted for years, from a studio small enough to answer its own mail. Growth means deeper, never wider.
Say something
Bugs, feature requests, or a question about what is being built. It reaches the person who wrote the code, because there is nobody else here.
